- Full-Time Nurse PractitionerOld Colony Hospice, a trusted provider of quality hospice care for over 30 years and a recognized leader in providing services to families facing end of life decisions, would like you to join our team.
This full time position will join our growing palliative care program; must possess broad clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with other disciplines; must have passion for end of life care, complex pain and symptom management and advanced care planning skills. Minimum of 5 years nursing experience; clinical nursing care in oncology or as a primary care provider; MSN, current MA RN/NP license required; certification as Hospice and Palliative Care RN or NP highly preferred; must have reliable transportation.
