- Secure Donation Form and Event Sign UpAs an independent, accredited non-profit hospice, we invite your donation. Contributions to Old Colony Hospice are accepted with the greatest of appreciation and are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Our staff is available to accept your telephone donations Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 781-341-4145.

Most businesses offering matching gifts will match your donation to Old Colony Hospice.
Donations are acknowledged in writing within days of receipt.
Notification to family members are done in a likewise manner, including the name and address of donor, but not the amount of the donation. If you wish your gift to remain anonymous, we will certainly honor that request.
