Old Colony Hospice has been dedicated to preserving dignity and quality of life since 1979. As an independent, accredited non-profit hospice, we ask for your assistance in supporting our programs.

We help patients with terminal disease spend their final months in their own home and skilled nursing facilities in comfort and living life on their own terms.

Over the last several years, in particular, more families are turning to Old Colony Hospice and seeking our help. On an average day, our nurses, hospice aides and counselors care for 100-110 patients. As the need for our caring service grows, the need for financial assistance via the Annual Appeal becomes even more vital.
